Founders of RRC Rozgar Foundation, both come from very modest backgrounds. His childhood was filled with struggles of poverty—limited resources, lack of proper education, and countless hardships that shaped his resilience. Instead of letting difficulties weaken him, he chose to turn them into strength. His vision has always been to ensure that no one else should suffer the way he did because of poverty and lack of opportunities. However, these obstacles ignited in him a determination to create change—not just for himself, but for society at large. He strongly believes that hardship can be a powerful teacher and that every individual deserves the chance to live with dignity.

Mission RRC Rozgar Foundation, an NGO working for women's empowerment, for orphans, helpless people, and deprived and marginalized sections of society. We, at RRC Rozgar Foundation, are committed to empowering an individual to have a better, healthier, and financially secure life.
